- 2 cups fresh Cilantro - chopped
- 1 cup fresh Mint- chopped
- 1/2 cup white onion- chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger - chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon green chiles, Serrano or Thai - chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon Himalayan Trio sea salt
Pour ingredients into a food processor and puree, leaving a good amount of texture.
